All downgrades or UOAH requests require signing a contract in the ID/One Card Office, located on the lower level of the Memorial Student Union Building 765.658.4253. Students living in University-Owned Apartments and Houses (UOAH) are not required to participate in a dining plan, but are welcome to sign up for any plan offered.
