CAMPUS DINING MEAL PLANS

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2010-2011 academic year. All students living in residence halls must participate in a University Dining Plan. All residence hall students are automatically enrolled in the Tiger Plan that is invoiced prior to the start of each semester.

Plan Options

Residence Hall
Cost: $2175
DPU Points: $1555
DPU Plus: $100

Rector Village
Cost: $1875
DPU Points: $1270
DPU Plus: $100

UOAH
Cost: $525
DPU Points: $500
DPU Plus: $0

Students living in Hogate, Humbert, Longden, Bishop Roberts, College Street, Mason, Lucy Rowland, Bloomington Street and Senior Hall are defaulted to the Residence Hall plan. Students living in Rector Village are also defaulted to the Residence Hall plan, but can choose to downgrade to the Rector Village plan.

Downgrade requests must be made prior to July 1 or a $50 fee will be assessed. All downgrades or UOAH requests require signing a contract in the ID/One Card Office, located on the lower level of the Memorial Student Union Building 765.658.4253. Students living in University-Owned Apartments and Houses (UOAH) are not required to participate in a dining plan, but are welcome to sign up for any plan offered.

DPU Points

DPU Points are equivalent to cash and can be used in the Hub, the Den, Cafe Roy located in Roy O West Library, Cafe Allegro located in the Green Center for Performing Arts as well as the Fluttering Duck, 2 West Restaurant and Joe and Olive's Coffee Shop at the Inn at DePauw. Students may dine in any of these locations and spend any amount.

DPU PLUS

DPU Plus Points can be used in the on-campus laundry facilities, copy and vending machines, as well as the dining locations listed above. DPU Plus can also be used at participating local restaurants. For more information about the Out in Town program, click here.

Any remaining points in your account(s) at the end of the first semester will remain in your account(s), and second semester points will be added to those balances. Any unused points in your account(s) at the end of the second semester will be forfeited. First semester DPU Points/DPU Plus plans are valid beginning August 21, 2010. On January 5, 2011, second semester points will be added to accounts. DPU Points/DPU Plus will expire at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2011.
